1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Ink Paw Grooming! By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or website.

2. Services Offered

Ink Paw Grooming provides professional pet grooming services including, but not limited to, dog grooming, cat grooming, breed-specific cuts, nail trimming, bathing, de-shedding treatments, and pet spa services. All services are performed by trained and certified groomers using high-quality products.

3. Appointments and Cancellations

• Booking: Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person. We recommend booking in advance to ensure availability.
• Cancellations/Rescheduling: We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost.
• Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and a late fee may apply.

4. Pet Health and Safety

• Vaccinations: All pets must be up-to-date on their vaccinations as recommended by local veterinary guidelines (e.g., Rabies, Distemper). Proof of vaccination may be required.
• Health Conditions: Please inform us of any pre-existing health conditions, injuries, allergies, or behavioral issues your pet may have prior to grooming. This information helps us ensure the safest and most comfortable experience for your pet.
• Aggressive Behavior: While we strive to groom all animals, we reserve the right to refuse service to any pet that poses a risk to our groomers or itself due to aggression.
• Fleas/Ticks: If your pet is found to have fleas or ticks, we will attempt to contact you immediately. A special de-fleaing/de-ticking bath will be applied at an additional charge to prevent infestation of our facility.

5. Pricing and Payment

Service prices vary based on pet breed, size, coat condition, and specific services requested. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Payment is due in full at the time of service completion. We accept major credit cards and cash.

6. Limitation of Liability

While every precaution will be taken to ensure your pet's safety and well-being, Ink Paw Grooming and its employees will not be held responsible for any accident, injury, or illness sustained by your pet during or after grooming. In the event of a medical emergency during grooming, we will seek immediate veterinary care at your expense.

7. Photography and Marketing

By using Ink Paw Grooming services, you grant permission for your pet to be photographed or videographed for promotional purposes on our website, social media, and marketing materials. If you prefer not to have your pet featured, please inform us in writing.
